Website visitors. When you visit corptechpro.com, we do not set tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting infrastructure uses Cloudflare for traffic optimization and security, which may process your IP address and request metadata as part of its service. No personal data is stored by CorpTechPro from ordinary website visits.
Contact form submissions. When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect your name, company name, email address, the ERP system you identified, and any message you provide. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
ImagePro software. ImagePro is deployed on-premise on your organization's own server. CorpTechPro does not have access to, and does not collect, any documents, images, or operational data processed or stored by your ImagePro installation. Your data stays on your infrastructure.
License verification. ImagePro communicates with CorpTechPro's licensing servers to verify the status of your software license and Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA). This communication is limited to license key identifiers and version information. No operational or document data is transmitted.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes. Information may be disclosed only if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of CorpTechPro or others.
All communication between our website and your browser is encrypted using TLS. Our licensing server uses industry-standard security practices. Contact form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry.
Our website uses Cloudflare for DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process request metadata in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. We do not embed third-party analytics, advertising, or social tracking scripts on this website.
